Device related questions

1. What do I do if my phone cannot discover the device?
  1. Check whether your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Hold the mobile phone close to the device and tap “Retry”.
  2. Check whether the device is powered on and in pairing status. For other devices, confirm whether they are connected.
  3. If the problem cannot be fixed using the above methods, turn off Bluetooth, restart it, and reconnect to the device.
  4. If the problem persists, restart the app and device and try again.
2. How do I connect to the helmet quickly?

Android

  1. When the device is connected for the first time, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter “Pair” status. To reconnect, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter “On” status.
  2. Open the app in your phone and start Bluetooth. Hold your phone close to your helmet, and tap the helmet column on the app device page. The mobile phone will connect to the helmet automatically.

iOS:

  1. When the device is connected for the first time, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter “Pair” status. To reconnect, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter “On” status.
  2. Open the app and start Bluetooth. Hold the mobile phone close to your helmet, tap the helmet column on the app device page to enter scanning status, and enter the mobile phone Bluetooth interface as prompted.
  3. Find the corresponding device on your phone Bluetooth setting for manual connection. The helmet will notify you of a successful connection.
  4. The successful connection is prompted when you go back to the app, and connection is finished.
3. The helmet cannot be searched for after entering Settings -> Bluetooth through an Apple iPhone?
  1. Another mobile phone nearby is connected to this device. Turn off the Bluetooth of this mobile phone first.
  2. Ignore the above paired device or delete it from the list.
  3. If the problem persists, turn off the Bluetooth, restart it, and refresh the searched device list.
  4. If the problem persists, restart the helmet, and long press the on/off key to enter pairing status.
  5. If the problem persists, restart the mobile phone and try again.
4. Apple iPhone cannot connect to the device by Bluetooth?
  1. Ignore the paired device or delete it from the list, and reconnect to it.

5. SOS SMS Send Trigger Condition?
  1. The phone has a communication signal.
  2. App has logged in and set up emergency contact.

1. How do I quickly join a group and use the intercom function?

Enter the same 6-digit channel number as your friends to join the group room on the Group interface.

2. I am not receiving message from group members. How do I fix it?

  1. Check whether your App version is 2.0.0 or above. Upgrade it if it is not.
  2. Increase the volume properly and pause any music.
  3. Check whether your data network is working normally.
  4. If the helmet is connected, check that it is connected to your phone.
  5. Exit the group room and re-enter it.
  6. Restart the App and re-enter the group room.
  7. If the problem persists, contact us on “Settings -> Feedback”.
3. Why can’t I send a voice message?
  1. Check whether your App version is 2.0.0 or above. Upgrade it if it is not.
  2. Check whether the corresponding microphone permission is enabled on the app.
  3. Check whether your data network is working normally.
  4. If the helmet is connected, check that it is connected your phone.
  5. Exit the group room and re-enter it.
  6. Restart the app and re-enter the group room.
  7. If the problem persists, tap the icon in the upper left corner to switch the voice channel.

4. I cannot join a group. How do I solve this?
  1. Check whether your data network is working normally.
  2. Exit and reenter the interface for joining a group, re-enter the same 6-digit channel number, and join the group to use the intercom function.
  3. If the problem persists, quit your account, log in again, and try again to join the group.
  4. If the problem persists, you can also restart the app, and try again to join the group.
5. Why do I lose sound when I connect to the intercom?

There is a time delay for channel switching on the helmet, so voice data cannot be collected in the switching process, which loses the sound. Wait for prompt tone before speaking.

6. Why can’t I talk through the helmet when it’s connected to the app?
  1. Check whether the Bluetooth earphone on the helmet is connected to your phone’s Bluetooth. If the connection is normal, go to step 2.
  2. Switch the voice channel in settings in the upper left corner of the intercom interface.

Questions about riding

1.How do I improve Android’s data accuracy?
  1. Turn on the mobile network, Bluetooth, and GPS functions on your phone.
  2. Adjust GPS to “High Accuracy”.
  3. To ensure the GPS works, do not put your phone in a metal case.
  4. Add Smart Riding to the white list in your phones setting or close any management software.
  5. Run as few programs as possible when riding and ensure that Smart Riding has enough RAM to run.
  6. Open Smart Riding on your home screen and lock the screen. If you make a call, send a message or open another app, tap to open Smart Riding again to ensure it has running priority when your screen is locked.
2. MI phone lock screen or run in the background, there is no record of riding data?

MI phone default app set to “smart limit background running” problems caused by the Settings – Installed apps – Smart Riding – Battery saver – to “No restrictions”.

3. How do I check the riding record list?

Homepage -> More Data -> The list icon is in the upper left corner.

Music player

1. How do I play music using the player attached to the app?
  1. Make sure that there are songs in your phone’s play list.
  2. Tap the earphone icon on the app homepage or the play key of “Bling Remote Controller”.
2. Can I use a third-party music player to play music through the helmet?

Yes. Connect to the new helmet, which supports music on third party music players. The “Bling Remote Controller” device can be used to switch songs, play songs and pause playback. Connect to the old helmet, which supports music on third party music players. The “Bling Remote Controller” device cannot be directly used to switch songs, play songs or pause playback.

3. Why doesn’t the helmet output sound when I play music on my phone?
  1. Check if the the Bluetooth earphone of the Bling helmet is connected. The Bluetooth icon on your phone will change after it is connected. Enter “Settings-Bluetooth” through the mobile phone, and find Helmet Headset. If it is not found, close the Bling helmet, and long press the power-on key to power on and enter “Pair”. When finding the Helmet Headset, tap it to pair it.
  2. If music cannot be played after pairing, check the current audio output on your phone. Find the settings, and select the Bluetooth earphone for the Bling helmet. For iPhones, scroll on the screen display to switch to Helmet Headset. For Android phones, enter Bluetooth – Helmet Headset, and tap to enter it and set the audio output item.
  3. The volume can be increased for clarity.

3. How do I ensure the device works on Android when the screen is locked?
  1. Open the App on your home screen before you lock the screen.
  2. Add the app to protected apps or your white list on your phone.
4. After upgrading ios 11, turn on Bluetooth, why is APP still reminded that Bluetooth is not enabled? How to deal with it?

A: The control center does not turn on Bluetooth. Turn on the Bluetooth on the control center; or click “Allow new connections” directly.

5. Does APP support third-party heart rate equipment?
